Recipe:
1 part common sage – helps out the stress on mucus membranes
1 part mullein leaf – soothes lungs, can make some people a bit spacey
1/2 part mint (not peppermint or spearmint, just mint. Warning: just about everything in the Mentha family raises blood pressure.)
1 part rose hips (vitamin C)
1/4 part stevia (to make the mullein bearable)
1 tsp honey – (post nasal drip. To stave off a cough)
Dosage: 2 cups twice a day.
